THE BIRDS, a mural painted in 2004, has finally been replaced by COW PAT LOTTO 4. My son, who keeps some cattle on the side, used to take them to the school fete where people would take tickets on which square got the first shit. Shown below are photos of the finished artwork, the process of painting cows and the original cow created for screen printing on tea towels which my wife used to make. The CPL4 font on the side doors was custom designed for the occasion in a Russian Constructivist manner. Because the succulents in the blue pots were never successful, they were replaced with plastic cows.
PS: My son didn't own Holstein Friesians. Friesians are the graphic design cow of choice.
